You may be wondering if there is any type of person that the programs outlined in this book exclude. The answer is no. Anyone of any age can do the programs and benefit from fat loss. In fact, he includes four exercise programs that are designed to fit your particular schedule and experience level.
There is a huge amount of information in this book. At 340 pages, it is rather large for an ebook. It has no pictures or recipes but large lists of good foods, bad foods, exercises, etc and a large appendix. The eating plans include real food that you can get at your local supermarket. You don't need to eat anything you don't like, but you will have to eat healthy, natural foods. In addition to going into great detail about healthy foods and exercises this book also emphasizes the psychology of permanent fat loss and has a portion dedicated to motivational techniques to keep you on your program.
